Pratik Mathur

Pratik is a Director in Springboardd and is now steering the company towards next level of growth. He leads the Films & Digital Videos division at Springboardd. Pratik has over 10 years of industry experience and has worked for major OTT platforms and Television channels like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Discovery Channel, Hotstar and Epic Channel.

Pratik’s films have screened in many countries like Spain, Italy, the West Indies and at the prestigious Kala Ghoda Arts Festival, Mumbai & Raindance Film Festival, London.

Sumit Mathur

With over 27 years of experience in advertising, Sumit has Played a key role in building Brands like Sleepwell Mattresses and Buddy Davis Leisurewear. A truly versatile advertising Person, Sumit is as comfortable with Technology as he is with aesthetics. The Original Entrepreneur, Sumit has a deep understanding of the Indian Environment at the Grass-Roots Level. Sumit Handles Creative Art and heads SPRINGBOARDD.

Ajoy Bhan

Ajoy has over 12 years of experience in advertising with J. Walter Thompson, where he was Associate Vice President & Senior Creative Director. Over the years, Ajoy has worked on leading Brands like Maggi Citibank, Maruti, Hero Honda, Swatch, Rado, Omega, Indian Express, Bridgestone, Ford Ikon and the Indian Army among the several others. Ajoy has won the awards, at the New York Advertising Festival, Bombay Ad Club, Delhi Ad Club, Calcutta Ad club and the A & M Awards.

In 1997, the Indian Army Recruitment Campaign won Campaign of the Year at the Bombay Ad Club. Ajoy was elected copywriter of the year by the Delhi Ad Club in 1999. Ajoy was the creative director with Springboardd. Ajoy is now a Senior consultant, as he is currently a successful writer and columnist.

Rajiv Mathur

In-charge of Marketing and Media Operations, he has over 20 Year of Experience in advertising, marketing and sales with Companies like Lintas, UB Group and Dabur. Rajiv has worked on Brands Like Motorola, Binnies Chips, Maltova, Dabur Chyawanprash, Hajmola, Pudin Hara, among several others. His new brand work includes Motorola, Binnies Chips, Denta Care, Sleepwell, Buddy Davis, VOI, Twinnings Tea. Rajiv runs a very successful venture in Global University education and is now a Senior Consultant.
